Once again I open up a link and I'm left speechless. Well actually I squeed. I've taken the pack. I'm not sure I can be like lin and say I'm definitely going to learn how to do this, I'd like to but think I need lots of help. Thanks for sharing.
We all need help, you know, and we all once made our first icon. Mine was a crappy resizing of an Ian McKellen pic, made his face propotions all wrong. He looked like he had not slept for days... *g*
If you are serious about wanting to make icons, there is this nifty comminity, icon_tutorial. Lots of hints to be found :)
